These are ours: designed, built, shipped and operated in-house. Ephemeral audio pipelines, on-device vision, payment flows, on-chain mints — the same craft we bring to client work, learned where the consequences were our own.

Clinical AI · iOS, web & WhatsAppSession notes that write themselves. Therapists capture audio from the iOS app, a browser tab on Zoom or Meet, or a WhatsApp voice note, and get a structured clinical note back — SOAP, Narrative, Letter or IISA — in English, Portuguese or Spanish. Audio is deleted after processing and client names are anonymised on the way through.

Four stages, each with a deliverable you can inspect. Every stage is a real exit point — you are never locked into the next one.
Calibrate
A short, paid discovery. We map the problem, the constraints and the riskiest assumption, then write down what success looks like in numbers.
Prototype
The riskiest slice gets built first — a real, running artifact you can hold, not a slide deck. If it fails, it fails in week two, cheaply.
Build
Weekly increments on a live environment. Typed contracts, automated tests and a changelog you can actually read. You see progress every Friday.
Ship & iterate
Store submission, release pipelines, monitoring and a handover that does not depend on us. Then we keep going, or we get out of the way.
One engineer, accountable.
You are not handed to an account manager. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code and signs off on the release.
